  • 0.25 tsp. turmeric
  • 4 dl vegetable bouillon
  • 125 g golden millet
  • Salad
  • 2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper
  • 90 g arugula
  • 1 mango, in Streifen (ca. 140 g)
  • 20 g coconut flakes
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips

  • Golden Millet

    Bouillon mit Kurkuma aufkochen, Hirse beigeben, zugedeckt ca. 15 Min. köcheln. Pfanne von der Platte nehmen, zugedeckt ca. 5 Min. quellen lassen, abspülen, abtropfen, in eine Schüssel geben.
  • Salad

    Aceto balsamico und Olivenöl in einer grossen Schüssel verrühren, würzen. Hirse, Rucola, Peperoni und Mango beigeben. Coconut Chips darüberstreuen.
