  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp. salt
  • 300 g celery
  • 3 red pepper
  • 600 g minced meat (beef and pork)
  • a little cayenne pepper
  • 16 mini tortillas
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 200 g Dessert Extrafin

  • Cut the peppers into strips and thinly slice the celery. Fry the meat in batches in the hot oil for approx. 5 mins., remove and keep warm. Heat a little oil in the same pan, stir fry the vegetables for approx. 3 mins., mix with the meat, season. Prepare the tortillas according to the packet instructions. Roughly chop the chives and mix with the Dessert Extrafin. Spread over the tortillas, distribute the meat and vegetables over, roll up.
