Ingredients

  • Mushrooms
  • 300 g mixed mushrooms (e.g. king oyster, chanterelle), chopped
  • oil for frying
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 3 sprigs thyme, leaves torn off
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • a little pepper
  • Mini pizzas
  • 800 g pizza dough
  • 150 g grated mozzarella
  • 2 sprigs thyme, leaves torn off

Instructions

  • Mushrooms

    Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the mushrooms in batches for approx. 3 mins., then remove from the pan. Reduce the heat, add the garlic and thyme, cook for approx. 1 min., return the mushrooms to the pan, season.
  • Mini pizzas

    Divide the dough into approx. 20 portions, shape into balls, place on two baking trays lined with baking paper, flatten a little. Top with the mushrooms, cheese and thyme.
  • To bake

    Approx. 15 mins. in an oven preheated to 220°C (convection).
