  • Apricots & spice mixture
  • 50 g soft dried apricots (sour), roughly chopped
  • 100 g coarse sea salt
  • 30 g coarse cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp mild curry powder
  • Utensils
  • For 3 jars approx. 100 ml each

  • Apricots & spice mixture

    Mix all the ingredients, roughly grind in a food processor and spread over an oven tray lined with baking paper.
  • Bake & dry

    for approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 150°C. Remove the spice mix, allow to cool completely, spoon into the jars and seal well.
  • Shelf life:

    in a cool, dark place for approx. 6 months.
