Ingredients

  • Aprikosen & Würzmischung
  • 50 g soft dried apricots (sour), coarsely chopped
  • 100 g coarse sea salt
  • 30 g coarse raw sugar
  • 2 tbsp. dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. mild curry powder
  • Utensils
  • Für 3 Gläser von je ca.1 dl

Instructions

  • Aprikosen & Würzmischung

    Mix all the ingredients, roughly grind in a blender and spread over an oven tray lined with baking paper.
  • Backen & Trocknen

    Bake/dry out for approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 150°C. Remove the spice mix, allow to cool completely, spoon into the glasses and seal well.
  • Haltbarkeit:

    Kühl und dunkel ca. 6 Monate.
