  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 100 g day-old bread, grob gehackt
  • 40 g butter, weich
  • 0.25 tsp. salt
  • 1 clove of garlic, gepresst
  • 1 tbsp. rosemary, fein geschnitten
  • 1 tsp. hot paprika
  • 1 tbsp. coarse-grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp. liquid honey

  • Salt the chicken breasts and transfer to an oven tray lined with baking paper.
  • Using your hands, mix together the bread and remaining ingredients until the mixture is crumbly. Divide the mixture onto the chicken breasts. Bake for approx. 25 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C.
