  • 100 g ice cube, coarsely crushed
  • 200 g nectarine, pitted, chopped
  • 150 g raspberries
  • 1 cm ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp elderflower syrup
  • To decorate
  • 50 g raspberries

    Puree all the ingredients until smooth.
  • To decorate

    Pour the shake into glasses, decorate with raspberries, serve immediately.
