  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 150 g white flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.75 tsp. baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp. sodium bicarbonate
  • 100 g ground hazelnuts

  • Muffins

    Mix the butter, sugar and salt in a bowl. Add the eggs one at a time and continue to mix until the mixture is lighter in colour. Combine the flour, baking powder and sodium bicarbonate, stir into the mixture together with the nuts, distribute the mixture evenly between 12 muffin cases or greased cups in a muffin tin.
  • Bake

    Schokolade, Butter und Puderzucker in einer Pfanne bei kleiner Hitze schmelzen, glatt rühren. Glasur über die Muffins verteilen, trocknen lassen.
  • Tipp:

    Die Muffins vor dem Trocknen der Glasur mit wenig Hagelzucker bestreuen.
