  • 0.75 dl maple syrup
  • 60 g raw sugar
  • 40 g butter
  • Appliance
  • 1 organic orange, a little grated zest
  • 130 g fine wholegrain rolled oats
  • 120 g mixed nuts, coarsely chopped

  • Für eine eckige Springform von ca. 30 x 12 cm, Boden mit Backpapier belegt, Rand gefettet

  • Syrup

    Combine the sugar, maple syrup and butter in a pan and briefly bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat.
  • Appliance

    Stir in the oat flakes, nut mixture and orange zest, transfer the mixture to the prepared tin, press down. Bake for approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 160°C. Remove from the oven, cool on a cooling rack. Tip the tray bake out of the tin and onto a chopping board, cut it into bars of equal size.
