  • 200 g elbow macaroni (fine)
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 100 g grated Gruyère
  • 6 dl milk
  • a little pepper
  • 0.5 bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

  • Mac'n'Cheese

    Add the macaroni, milk and salt to a pan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, simmer for approx. 7 mins., stirring occasionally. Add the cheese, continue cooking the macaroni for approx. 3 mins. while stirring, season, add the parsley, serve immediately.
  • Tip:

    Grate the zest of half an organic lemon over the dish.
