  • One-pot pasta
  • 4 cervelat sausages (approx. 100 g each), peeled, halved and cut into slices
  • 350 g pasta (e.g. large elbow macaroni)
  • 300 g carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 tin corn kernels (approx. 275 g), rinsed, drained
  • 250 g mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes (approx. 400 g)
  • 7 dl meat bouillon
  • a little pepper
  • To serve
  • 2 dl sour single cream
  • 80 g grated Gruyère
  • 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

  • One-pot pasta

    Place the pasta and all the other ingredients up to and including the stock in a large pan, mix and bring to the boil. Cover and cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally until the pasta is al dente, season.
  • To serve

    Mix the cream, cheese and parsley in with the pasta.
  • Serve with:

    Green salad
