Ingredients

  • All in one dough
  • 600 g chard, cut into thin strips
  • 350 g noodles (e.g. orecchiette)
  • 0.75 tsp. salt
  • 3 spring onions, including green parts, cut into rings
  • 2 dl single cream for sauces
  • a little pepper
  • 6 dl Water
  • Presentation
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 60 g Sbrinz cheese
  • 2 tbsp. pine nuts, roasted
  • 2 tbsp. flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  • All in one dough

    Place the pasta and all the other ingredients up to and including the water in a pan, mix and bring to the boil. Cook on a medium heat with the lid off for approx. 15 mins., stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente.
  • Presentation

    Mix the tomatoes and cheese in with the pasta. Sprinkle the pine nuts and parsley on top.
