  • 1 onion, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 6 dl vegetable bouillon
  • 1 dl white wine
  • 2 tbsp. dukkah
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Serve
  • 2 tbsp. crème fraîche
  • 200 g bread (z.B. Pagnolbrot mit Oliven, in Scheiben)

  • Soup

    Öl in einer Pfanne warm werden lassen. Zwiebel und Peperoni andämpfen. Wein und Bouillon dazugiessen, Dukkah beigeben, aufkochen. Hitze reduzieren, zugedeckt ca. 20 Min. weich köcheln. Suppe pürieren, würzen.
  • Serve

    Suppe mit Crème fraîche garnieren, Brot dazu servieren
  • Tipp:

    Frische Petersilie, fein geschnitten, darüberstreuen.
