  • 1.5 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 0.5 red chili pepper, insides removed, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tomatoes (approx. 600 g), cut into 2-cm cubes
  • 0.5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. crème fraîche
  • 4 peppermint leaves, cut into thin strips
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 50 g tortilla chips

  • Combine the lemon juice, garlic, chilli and mint, season. Add the tomatoes and mix carefully. Cover and leave to steep for approx. 30 mins. Plate up the tomato salad with crème fraîche and crisps.
