  • 500 g waxy potatoes
  • 250 g carrots
  • 2 spring onions incl. green parts
  • 80 g diced bacon
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 220 g raclette cheese in slices
  • a little pepper

  • Grate the potatoes, carrots and kohlrabi into a bowl. Cut the onions into rings and the onion greens into approx. 1 cm pieces. Add to the bowl along with the bacon and salt, mix everything together. Using a tablespoon, create 9 mounds of the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper, flatten slightly. Bake for approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove the rösti from the oven. Cut the cheese into strips and place on top of the rösti. Bake for about another 5 mins.
