  • Preparing the vegetables
  • 800 g waxy potatoes, grob gerieben
  • 200 g carrots, grob gerieben
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 200 g raw beets, grob gerieben
  • 300 g pumpkin (z.B. Butternut), grob gerieben
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 200 g celery, grob gerieben
  • a little pepper
  • Oven baking
  • 8 slices raclette cheese (ca. 400 g)
  • a little sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp. thyme leaves

  • Preparing the vegetables

    Combine the potatoes with the other ingredients in a bowl, including the pepper. Mix well and spread the vegetables on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Oven baking

    Bake the vegetables in an oven preheated to 200 °C, on the middle rack for about 15 minutes. Remove the vegetables from the oven when done and sprinkle with cheese. Put the tray back in the oven and continue baking for about 10 minutes. Remove, season and sprinkle with thyme.
