Ingredients

  • Ice lollies
  • 100 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 dl full cream
  • 12 wooden sticks
  • 2 dl single cream
  • 3 lime, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, use grated zest and all of the juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • To serve
  • 3 pieces biscuits (e.g. wholegrain honey biscuits), crushed
  • Utensils
  • 12 ice lolly moulds, each approx. 75 ml

Instructions

  • Ice lollies

    Using the whisk on a hand mixer, combine the condensed milk, full cream, single cream, lime juice, zest and salt. Pour the mixture into the ice lolly moulds. Insert the ice lolly sticks and freeze for approx. 7 hrs.
  • To serve

    Remove the ice lollies from the moulds, sprinkle with the biscuit crumbs, serve immediately.
