  • 80 g diced bacon
  • 500 g cooked sauerkraut
  • 500 g Schupfnudeln
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper

Instructions

  • Cook the bacon in a large frying pan, without extra fat, for about 2 minutes. Add the Schupfnudeln and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the sauerkraut, continue cooking for about 5 minutes and season.
  • Serve with:

    Apple sauce.
