  • 4 rolls of pasta dough
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • saltwater, boiling
  • 1 clove of garlic, cut into thin slices
  • 1 red onion, cut into thin slices
  • 150 g leaf spinach
  • 50 g dried tomatoes in oil, drained, cut into strips
  • a little Tasmanian mountain pepper
  • 0.5 tsp. salt


  • Pastateige entrollen, in ca. 2 cm breite Streifen schneiden. Nudeln im Salzwasser knapp al dente kochen, abtropfen.
  • Öl erhitzen, Knoblauch und Zwiebel kurz anbraten, Spinat und Tomaten beigeben, ca. 1 Min. rührbraten. Papardelle darin wenden, würzen.
