  • 2 banana, gefroren
  • 600 g papaya, halved, deseeded
  • 50 ml soya drink
  • 2.5 tsp coconut palm sugar
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon
  • 10 ice cubes
  • Topping
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 7 strawberries, sliced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 100 g raspberries

  • Smoothie bowl

    Remove the bananas from the freezer approx. 7 mins. prior to use. Slice the bananas. Puree the bananas, papaya and all the other ingredients, transfer to a bowl.
  • Topping

    Dry-roast the coconut chips in a non-stick frying pan until golden brown. Sprinkle the coconut chips, strawberries, sliced banana and raspberries on top of the smoothie, serve immediately.
