Ingredients

  • a little olive oil
  • 2 raw pork bratwurst (approx. 260 g, e.g. Luganighetta), with their skin casings removed, coarsely chopped
  • 1 garlic cloves, cut into thin slices
  • 0.5 red chili pepper, chopped
  • saltwater, boiling
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 100 g pappardelle
  • 1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Pesto rosso (red pesto)
  • a little pepper
  • 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the pork sausage with the peperoncini, sauté for approx. 10 mins. over a medium heat until golden brown. Stir in the parsley, pesto and olive oil. Prepare the pappardelle according to the instructions, drain and divide into bowls. Reheat the ragout, arrange on the pappardelle.
  • Servieren:

    Parmesan dazu servieren.
