  • 10 dried tomatoes in oil
  • 2 tbsp. oil (e.g. oil from the tomatoes)
  • 120 g carciofi (artichoke hearts) in oil
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 kohlrabi
  • 0.75 tsp. salt
  • 4 piece baking parchment (approx. 32 x 38 cm each)
  • 4 slices organic salmon fillets
  • a little pepper
  • 0.25 bunch dill


  • Cut the tomatoes into strips, drain the artichoke hearts, chop, quarter the kohlrabi, cut into thin slices, slice the onions into strips. Mix everything with the retained oil, season with salt.
  • Place 1/4 of the mixture in the centre of each sheet of baking paper. Season the salmon and lay it on the vegetables.
  • Transfer the parcels to plates, open the baking paper and place 1-2 sprigs of dill on each piece of salmon.
