  • 100 g low-fat quark
  • 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
  • 20 g pumpkin seeds, roasted, finely chopped
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • 20 g Parmesan, grated
  • a little pepper

  • Mix the cream cheese with all the other ingredients up to and including the chives, season.
  • Passt zu:
