  • To marinate
  • 200 g Royal cod fillets (MSC), thinly sliced
  • 2 passion fruit, pulp scooped out
  • 1 lime, use only half of the juice
  • To serve
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 bunch radish, thinly sliced
  • a little pepper

  • To marinate

    Mix the fish with the passion fruit and lime juice, cover and chill for approx. 20 mins.
  • To serve

    Plate up the fish, top with the radish, drizzle 2 tbsp of the marinade over the top, season.
  • Note:

    When marinating the fish, use a glass or ceramic dish. The metal may react with the acids in the marinade.
