  • 350 g pasta (e.g. penne rigate)
  • salted water, boiling
  • Sauce
  • 2 dl full-cream milk
  • 110 g rolls of shaved Sbrinz cheese, crumbled
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 80 g Lucerne cream cheese, grated
  • 80 g Appenzeller cheese, grated
  • a little pepper

Instructions

  • To cook the pasta

    Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain.
  • Sauce

    Heat the milk in a large pan. Add the cheese, simmer while stirring until the cheese is melted. Add the pasta, mix and season.
