  • 250 g noodles (z.B. Fusilli)
  • saltwater, boiling
  • Vinaigrette
  • 3 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 organic lemons, nur 1/2 abgeriebene Schale
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • Salad
  • 120 g mozzarella pearls
  • 5 sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained, cut into strips
  • 90 g arugula
  • 50 g pitted black olives
  • 2 tbsp. pine nuts, roasted

    Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain.
  • Vinaigrette

    Mix the balsamic, oil and lemon zest in a bowl, season. Add the pasta.
  • Salad

    Add the grilled vegetables and all the remaining ingredients, mix.
