  • 250 g pasta (e.g. fusilli)
  • salted water, boiling
  • Dressing
  • 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 organic lemon, use just half of grated zest
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • Salad
  • 120 g mozzarella pearl
  • 5 dried tomatoes in oil, abgetropft, in Streifen
  • 90 g rocket
  • 50 g pitted black olives
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
  • 1 glass grilled vegetables in oil, abgetropft

  • Pasta

    Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente, drain.
  • Dressing

    Mix the balsamic, oil and lemon zest in a bowl, season. Add the pasta.
  • Salad

    Add the grilled vegetables and all the remaining ingredients, mix.
