  • 500 g noodles
  • 1 tbsp. clarified butter
  • 400 g mixed mushrooms, cut in half or into quarters if necessary
  • saltwater, boiling
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 0.75 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper
  • 90 g rucola (rocket), cut in half if necessary

  • Teigwaren im siedenden Salzwasser al dente kochen, 2 dl Kochflüssigkeit beiseite stellen, Teigwaren abtropfen.
  • Bratbutter in einer beschichteten Bratpfanne heiss werden lassen. Pilze bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 3 Min. braten, Zwiebel und Knoblauch kurz mitbraten. Kochflüssigkeit und Mascarpone beigeben, aufkochen, Hitze reduzieren, ca. 5 Min. köcheln. Rucola und Teigwaren daruntermischen, nur noch heiss werden lassen, würzen.
