  • 1 tbsp herbal vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g pitted green olives, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • Bread
  • 500 g bread (e.g. brown bread), sliced, toasted
  • Topping
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 6 mini cucumbers, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 bunch radish, sliced
  • 240 g pastrami or roast beef, sliced
  • a little cress

    Mix the mustard with all the other ingredients up to and including the crème fraîche, stir in the olives.
  • Bread

    Spread the olive mixture on the bread.
