  • Peach puree
  • 250 g peaches, cut into pieces
  • 60 g icing sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • Sour cream ice cream
  • 0.5 dl full cream
  • 1 dl sour single cream
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • Utensils
  • 8 ice lolly moulds, each approx. 75 ml

  • Peach puree

    Puree the peach and sugar with the lemon juice until smooth.
  • Sour cream ice cream

    Beat the cream with the icing sugar until stiff, mix carefully into the sour single cream, fill the ice lolly moulds with layers of the ice cream mixture and peach puree, freeze for approx. 6 hrs.
