  • 100 g dark chocolate (e.g. BB baking chocolate)
  • 120 g fine whole-grain rolled oats
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 150 g peanut butter (Creamy)
  • 60 g cane sugar
  • 1 eggs, beaten
  • 50 g white flour
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 2 pinches salt

  • Roughly chop the chocolate, mix with the oat flakes, cinnamon, peanut butter and sugar.
  • Stir in the flour, egg, honey and salt, mix together. Using a tablespoon, create 12 mounds on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving plenty of room between each cookie, flatten slightly. Bake for approx. 10 mins. in a (convection) oven preheated to 220°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool on a cooling rack.
