Ingredients

  • 0.5 lime, use only the juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 70 g peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 red chilli, deseeded, cut into rings
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 bunch coriander, finely chopped

  • Mix the peanut butter with all the ingredients up to and including coriander, stirring until smooth.
  • That fits:

    fish fondue, fondue chinoise, fondue bourgignonne, vegetable sticks
