  • 100 g dark chocolate (z.B. BB Backschokolade)
  • 120 g fine wholegrain rolled oats
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 150 g Peanut butter (Creamy)
  • 60 g raw sugar
  • 1 eggs, whisked
  • 50 g white flour
  • 1 tbsp. liquid honey
  • 2 pinches salt

  • Roughly chop the chocolate, mix with the oat flakes, cinnamon, peanut butter and sugar.
  • Stir in the flour, egg, honey and salt, mix together. Using a tablespoon, create 12 dough mounds on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving plenty of room between each cookie, flatten slightly. Bake for approx. 10 minutes in a convection oven preheated to 220°C. Remove from the oven, cool on a cooling rack.
