  • 1 tbsp. peanut oil
  • 2 spring onions, incl. green parts, cut into thin rings, some of the greens set aside
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 4 dl vegetable bouillon
  • 120 g salted, roasted peanuts, ground
  • 1.5 dl full cream
  • 3 tbsp. Dry white Vermouth


  • Heat the oil and briefly sauté the onions and chilli. Add the peanuts and briefly sauté, stirring.
  • Pour in the remaining ingredients, simmer for approx. 5 mins. Garnish with the reserved green part of the spring onions.
