  • Vegetables & peanuts
  • 2 spring onion incl. green part, cut into thin rings, reserving a little of the green parts
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 120 g salted, roasted peanuts, ground
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • Soup
  • 1.5 dl full cream
  • 4 dl vegetable bouillon
  • 3 tbsp dry white vermouth

    Heat the oil and briefly sauté the onions and chilli. Add the peanuts and briefly sauté, stirring.
  • Soup

    Pour in the remaining ingredients, simmer for approx. 5 mins. Garnish with the reserved green part of the spring onions.
