  • Pears
  • 3 pears, peeled, sliced
  • 1 lime, use only the juice
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp birnel (pear syrup) or runny honey
  • Crumble
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 g walnut kernels, coarsely chopped
  • 60 g white flour
  • Return to the oven
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon
  • Utensils
  • 4 ramekins, approx. 200 ml each, greased

  • Pears

    Mix the pears with the lime juice, pear syrup and cinnamon, transfer to the prepared ramekins.
  • To bake

    Approx. 15 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove.
  • Crumble

    Mix the nuts, butter, sugar and flour with a fork to form a crumbly mixture. Spread the crumble on top of the pears.
  • Return to the oven

    Bake for approx. 25 mins., remove and allow to cool slightly. Mix the crème fraîche and cinnamon, serve with the crumble.
