  • To cook the pasta
  • 250 g pasta (e.g. tagliatelle)
  • salted water, boiling
  • Creamy salmon sauce
  • 1 onions, thinly sliced
  • a little olive oil
  • 1 courgettes, diced
  • 75 g smoked salmon, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp pesto verde (green pesto)
  • 2 tbsp capers, rinsed, drained
  • 1 dl full cream

  • To cook the pasta

    Cook the penne in salted water until al dente, set aside approx. 100 ml of cooking water, drain the penne.
  • Creamy salmon sauce

    Heat the oil in a frying pan, stir fry the onion and courgette for approx. 2 mins. Add the salmon and all the other ingredients up to and including the cream, bring to the boil. Add the penne and cooking water to the sauce, mix, serve.
  • Tip:

    Serve with flat-leaf parsley.
