Ingredients

  • Cucumber salad
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 0.5 cucumber, thinly sliced lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • Fry the meat
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper, crushed
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 beef entrecôtes (approx. 200 g each)

Instructions

  • Cucumber salad

    Mix the lime juice, oil and salt, add the cucumber and sesame seeds, mix.
  • Fry the meat

    Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the meat for approx. 4 mins. on each side, remove. Cut the meat into thin slices, season, arrange on two plates. Top with the cucumber salad.
  • Tip:

    You can use white sesame seeds instead of black sesame seeds.
