  • 4 tbsp. peppermint syrup
  • icing sugar to form into a roll
  • 1 bag dark cake icing (approx. 125 g), melted
  • Nonpareilles to decorate


  • Mix the sugar glaze and the syrup and knead well. Roll out the mixture on a little icing sugar to form a square approx. 1616 cm in size, and cut it into squares of approx. 2 cm.
  • Pour the cake glaze into a bowl. Using a fork, dunk each candy into the glaze halfway or completely. Allow excess to drip off, then place on a tray lined with baking paper, decorate, and allow to dry.
