  • 2 kaki persimmon, cut into pieces
  • 1 dl blood orange juice
  • 1 passion fruit, pulp scooped out
  • 125 g ricotta
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon
  • Topping
  • 1 blood orange, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 1 passion fruit, pulp scooped out
  • 160 g crispy muesli (e.g. forest fruits)
  • 1 kaki persimmon, sliced

Instructions

  • Smoothie

    Place the persimmon, blood orange juice, passion fruit, ricotta and cinnamon in a blending cup, then puree. Serve the smoothie in bowls.
  • Topping

    Top with the fruit and muesli.
