  • 1 courgette
  • 0.5 Gallia melon
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp. marjoram leaves
  • a little pepper
  • 0.25 tsp. salt
  • 0.25 iceberg lettuce (ca. 80 g)
  • 200 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 4 Piadina flatbread
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • Cut the melon into approx. 5 mm slices, shave the courgette into thin slices, drizzle both with lemon juice, sprinkle on the herbs and pepper, steep for approx. 10 mins. Only then add salt.
  • Cut the lettuce into strips and the Gorgonzola into pieces.
  • Heat a frying pan without fat, heat the flatbread on both sides for approx. 1 min. each. Fill the piadina with the lettuce, cheese and courgette, drizzle over some olive oil, fold in the middle.
