Ingredients

  • 2.5 dl water
  • 1 bag aspic powder (ca. 12 g)
  • 50 g baby corn on the cob cut into small cubes
  • 50 g dill pickles cut into small cubes
  • 50 g Sbrinz cheese cut into small cubes
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 50 g silverskin onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cm horseradish, finely grated
  • 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
  • 80 g Bündnerfleisch (air-dried meat)

Instructions

  • Bring the water to the boil with the aspic powder, stirring constantly, and allow to cool slightly. Add the baby corn and all the other ingredients including the horseradish and mix together. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and leave to set in the fridge for approx. 4 hours.
