  • 0.5 pineapple, cut into approx. 1 cm cubes
  • 2 dl coconut water
  • Drink
  • 8 tbsp rum
  • 1 litre Coca Cola
  • Utensils
  • For 4 longdrink glasses (each approx. 300 ml).

  • Ice cubes

    Transfer the pineapple to a plate lined with baking paper, cover with clingfilm. Pour the coconut water into an ice cube tray. Freeze both for approx. 2 hrs. Divide the pineapple and coconut ice cubes between the glasses.
  • Drink

    Pour 2 tbsp of rum into each of the prepared glasses, fill with Coca Cola, serve immediately.
