  • Chia Seed Pudding
  • 2 dl almond milk
  • 1 dl pineapple juice
  • 3 tbsp. chia seeds
  • Caramelized Pineapple
  • 3 tbsp. coarse raw sugar
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 0.75 pineapple, Strunk entfernt, in Würfeli
  • 3 sprig peppermint, finely chopped

  • Chia Seed Pudding

    Combine the milk and pineapple juice, stir in the chia seeds, divide into glasses, refrigerate for approx. 15 mins.
  • Caramelized Pineapple

    Boil the sugar and lemon juice in a wide-bottomed pan without stirring. Reduce the heat and simmer, shaking the pan occasionally until a light brown caramel has formed. Add the pineapple, mix and simmer for approx. 1 min. Stir in the mint.
  • Serve

    Spoon the pineapple on top of the chia pudding.
