Ingredients

  • 0.5 yellow pepper, cut into pieces
  • 0.25 green peperoni, cut into pieces
  • 0.5 cucumber, peeled, cut in half, insides removed, cut into pieces
  • 0.5 pineapple ' peeled, cut in half, stem removed
  • 0.25 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 50 g crustless white bread, cut into pieces
  • 0.25 dl white wine vinegar
  • 0.5 dl olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • plain potato crisps
  • a little pepper

Instructions

  • Puree the peppers and remaining ingredients with the olive oil, season, cover and chill for about 2 hours. Press through a sieve.
