  • 500 g pineapple, cut into small cubes
  • 1 bag strudel dough
  • 20 g butter, liquid, left to cool
  • 1 roll light moulding marzipan (approx. 80 g), cut into quarters
  • icing sugar to dust

  • Carefully separate the pastry sheets, coat with a little butter, stack the sheets on top of each other, quarter. Divide the marzipan into the middle of the pastry squares and top with the pineapple pieces. Fold the edges of the pastry over to form small pouches and coat with the remaining butter.
  • Approx. 20 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, cool a little on a cooling rack and dust with icing sugar.
