  • 1 Ticino sausage (salsiccia, approx. 500 g, round)
  • 800 g pizza dough
  • 150 g mozzarella, broken into pieces
  • 300 g varicoloured cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 50 g pitted green olives, coarsely chopped
  • 1 bunch oregano, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp. sea salt

  • Holzkohle-/Gas-/Elektrogrill

    Grill the salsiccia over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 5 mins. each side.
  • Flatten, pull out or roll out the dough on a little flour (approx. 30 cm Ø). Arrange the mozzarella on the dough, add the salsiccia on top.
  • Holzkohle-/Gas-/Elektrogrill

    Preheat the pizza stone on the grill. Lay the pizza on the stone, cover and cook over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 30 mins.
  • Mix the cherry tomatoes with the remaining ingredients up to and including the olive oil, arrange on top of the pizza, salt to season.
  • Tipp:

    Statt Tomaten Zucchini oder Peperoni, in Würfeli, auf der Pizza verteilen.
