  • Teig
  • 1 rolled out rectangular pizza dough (ca. 25 x 38 cm)
  • Füllung
  • 90 g crème fraîche
  • 120 g frozen peas, aufgetaut
  • 2 Prisen salt
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 mozzarella sticks, in je 6 Stücke geschnitten
  • wenig pepper
  • Backen
  • 1 TL oregano leaves

  • A muffin tin for approx. 7cm size muffins, 8 spaces greased

  • Teig

    Cut the pizza dough into eight equally-sized pieces, each approx. 9 x 12 cm. Place the sections of dough in the prepared muffin holes. Shape the edges into a wave pattern. Mix the crème fraîche with the peas, season the mixture with salt, divide among the holes. Halve the tomatoes, divide over the mixture in the moulds with the cut side upwards, season. Cut the mozzarella sticks into 6 pieces each and arrange among the tomatoes. Bake for approximately 15 minutes on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 220 °C. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped oregano leaves.
  • Füllung

    Erbsli und Crème fraîche mischen, salzen, in die Vertiefungen verteilen. Tomaten halbieren, mit der Schnittfläche nach oben auf die Erbsli legen, würzen. Mozzarella darauf verteilen.
  • Backen

    Ca. 15 Min. auf der untersten Rille des auf 220 °C vorgeheizten Ofens. Herausnehmen, Oreganoblättchen darüberstreuen.
  • Serve with:

    Green salad.
