  • 1 kg plums, halved, pitted
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 dl sweet wine (e.g. Moscato)
  • Crumble
  • 100 g butter, melted
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 100 g almonds, roughly chopped
  • 3 tbsp cane sugar
  • Utensils
  • For an ovenproof dish that can hold approx. 2 litres, greased

  • Plums

    Mix the plums, wine and sugar, transfer to the prepared tin.
  • Crumble

    Mix the butter, almonds and sugar with a fork until the mixture turns crumbly, spread on top of the plums.
  • To bake

    approx. 20 mins. in the center of an oven preheated to 180°C. remove and allow to cool a little.
  • Serve with:

    Vanilla ice cream
