Ingredients

  • Zwetschgen
  • 1 kg damson plums, cut in half
  • 2 tbsp. raw sugar
  • 1 dl sweet wine (z.B. Moscato)
  • Streusel
  • 100 g butter, liquid
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 100 g almonds, coarsely chopped
  • 3 tbsp. raw sugar
  • Utensils
  • Für eine ofenfeste Form von ca. 2 Litern, gefettet

Instructions

  • Zwetschgen

    Mix the plums, wine and sugar, transfer to the prepared tin.
  • Streusel

    Mix the butter, almonds and sugar with a fork until the mixture turns crumbly, spread on top of the plums. Bake for approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove from the oven and allow to cool a little.
  • Backen

    ca. 20 Min. in der Mitte des auf 180 Grad vorgeheizten Ofens. Herausnehmen, etwas abkühlen.
