  • saltwater, boiling
  • 300 g frozen creamed spinach
  • 75 g baby spinach
  • Fried eggs
  • a little mild paprika powder
  • 4 fresh eggs
  • clarified butter for frying
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 30 g Parmesan (pieces)

  • Penne

    Cook the penne in salted water until it's al dente and drain. In the same saucepan, add the spinach and heat through while stirring. Return the pasta to the pan and combine.
  • Fried eggs

    Melt the butter in a pan. Break the eggs one by one, slide them in the pan and cook on low heat for approximately 2 minutes. Season the eggs, arrange on the penne and sprinkle with pieces of parmesan.
