Ingredients

  • Speckzwiebeln und Dip
  • 1 onion, cut into eight 5-mm-thick rings
  • 8 slices fried bacon
  • 30 g dried tomatoes in oil, drained, finely chopped
  • 150 g quark made with cream
  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed
  • 0.5 tbsp. rosemary, finely chopped
  • a little pepper
  • 0.25 tsp. salt
  • Holzkohle-/Gas-/Elektrogrill:
  • 4 pork chops (approx. 200 g each)
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  • Speckzwiebeln und Dip

    Wrap the bacon around the onion rings. Combine the chopped onions, quark and remaining ingredients including rosemary, season.
  • Holzkohle-/Gas-/Elektrogrill:

    Grill the onion rings over/on medium heat (approx. 200°C), for approx. 6 mins. all over. Salt the cutlets and grill with the onion rings for approx. 5 mins. on each side.
